PRECAUTION AND SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEMS GENERALLY FACED DURING PRINTING

Problem 1 : Ink does not transfer from the pad to the object to be imaged.
Problem 2 : Ink is dry on the pad before transfer
Problem 3 : Ink from the non-image area of the cliché transfer to the finished piece
Problem 4 : Transferred images smeared or burred
Problem 5 : Image is distortedon small flat part (Image are  onesquare inch/6.45square cm. Or less)
Problem 6 : Image distortionon cylinder printingless than 100degree curvature
Problem 7 : ing (spots) in the printed image
Problem 8 : Printed image Does not pass rub& tape test
Problem 9 : Part of the image is not printing (loss of fine detail and lines)
Problem 10 : Ink dries quickly in the cliché .
Probl em 11 : Pad does not pick a complete image from the cliche .
Problem 12 : Cobwebs or feathering at the edge of the image.
Problem 13 : Pinholes in the image or on the background .
Problem 14 : Splashes
Problem 15 : Ink distribution is not uniform on substrate .
Problem 16 : Poor Opacity.
Problem 17 : Contours are not claer.
Problem 18 : Imaging on compound Curves results in distorted image .
Problem 19 : Transferred image Image does have sufficient glass.
Problem 20 : Colour of transferred Image does not match original colour
Problem 21 : Shadow or hazeon cliché.
Problem 22 : Internal registration of a multicolored image is good in the center but gets worse toward the edges of the print .
